Upon arrival, an early check-in was requested due to the heat, and the receptionist surprised with an available upgraded room. Amanda at the front desk provided excellent service. The room was clean, well-ventilated, and featured an comfortable bed. The atmosphere created was perfect for relaxation after work. The amenities throughout were appealing and added to a pleasant stay. ,
No significant drawbacks noted.

We truly enjoyed the stay, my room was spotless with coffee, a balcony, as for instance. The breakfast deal was complimentary and wonderful with spaghetti and a bowl of spaghetti, as example. Location: the hotel was near restaurant where the food, central / old Broome and the restaurants on several occasions...

The rooms were spacious and comfy, and I loved that it was just a short walk to shops and restaurants. The air conditioning made the hot days so much more bearable, and the lift to upper floors was a lifesaver! The shower was a nice size too, perfect for freshening up after exploring.
I ran into a few hiccups. The pillows were all the same size, which made sleeping a bit awkward for someone with neck issues. it would have been nice to have more info about the parking gates upon arrival, as getting locked out was quite the adventure! it was a decent stay despite these drawbacks.

The reception staff was very helpful with booking tours and resolving tour problems
The furniture was rough with flaking finish. The air con took quite awhile to cool the room down. If it were not for the extra key to keep it going while I was out of the room, it would not have been adaquate for comfort.

I like the cleanliness of the room and the facilities of the resort (laundry, restaurant, shops, bus stop, etc).
Some rooms are not so new and comfort may vary a lot according to your location in the resort : some rooms have a very poor view (ground floor, facing car park). Ours was pleasant : 2nd floor, pool view with private huge balcony.

the garden setting around the pool area offered a relaxing atmosphere, and we appreciated the friendly, skilled staff who were always willing to help. the nearby bus stop made it easy to explore local attractions, and we loved the delicious fish tacos and sweet potato wedges from the menu—definitely a highlight!
No complaints. 😊.

The shower had power. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
I booked a Superior Poolside room with direct access to pool and BBQ area. The room we were given was on the 1st floor overlooking a pool but not near the BBQ area. We were in a standard room but the receptionist told us that having a view of the pool equated to direct access. They would not correct the difference in cost of the two rooms. The pillows were smelly. Pool towels are available on application at reception. This causes a difficulty when a coach is checking in and there is only one receptionist on duty. Shower water spilled over floor wetting half the bathroom.

The hotel boasts a fantastic central location, with easy access to nearby beaches and the town's amenities. I loved the lovely pool area, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Our spacious rooms featured modern decor, and the balconies provided lovely views.
The dining options were somewhat limited.

the room had a lovely pool view and was beautifully maintained, making it the best place we've experienced in western australia. the staff were friendly and helpful, which really enhanced our stay. having access to a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station was convenient. we also loved both pools and the easy access to great dining options nearby. overall, it was a good experience.
Nothing to complain about! 😊.
